At WizKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
